What is inside

Not theory. The exact system we run, documented so you can rebuild it.

Playbook · Doctrine · the human gate
Every action an agent proposes passes one test before it runs: 1. Is it reversible inside an hour, with no loss of money or data? YES -> the agent may do it, log the reason, proceed. NO -> it goes to a human for a single tap of approval. 2. Does it cost money, send something on the owner's behalf, or touch a customer's identity? YES -> always a human tap, no exception. The Warden agent holds anything that fails the test. Nothing consequential ever happens without a person signing it off.
Playbook · Architecture · agent hand off
# A build agent finishes and hands the running system to the ops agents Bridge -> connects the tools the business already runs, syncs both ways Warden -> enforces the owner's rules, approves or holds each action Front -> answers, qualifies and books every call, form and message Ledger -> chases the money and kills the repetitive admin Each agent owns one job. They talk through a shared state, not by guessing. When one is unsure, it asks the Warden, not the customer.

Who it is for

Operators building their own

You want the system inside your business and you would rather own the method than rent a tool.

Agencies and consultants

You build for clients and want a proven architecture and prompt system to deliver on, not reinvent each time.
