What exactly do I pay for?+

After your free 5, you pay only for consultations that actually show up, around £175 per show for hair restoration. You never pay for a no-show, and you never pay separately for ad spend. We carry the acquisition cost.

What if a patient doesn't show or is off-criteria?+

You pay nothing for a no-show. If a booked patient turns out to be off your written criteria, that consultation is replaced free. The risk of no-shows and bad bookings sits with us, not you.

How do you qualify the patients?+

Each booking must meet written criteria agreed with you, in catchment, genuine treatment interest, contact-verified. Anything outside that brief is replaced at no cost.

How is patient data handled?+

Patients consent to be contacted and to share details with your clinic at capture, under a written data-sharing agreement. Data protection is built in.
